    sir,iam astaff nurse working in gov service i didnt compleate my probation .now iam on maternity leave .can i get 2 months of leave as the cotinuation of maternity leave without medical certificate?

    Sir, I am Joshi workin ig Police Dept as CPO, i have entered in service on 01.07.2004. in my service faced suspension from 29.12.2008 to 18.01.2010. (383 days) my PR not clossed till this date. i Have applied for my SLS for 2010 year. Till this date never get the claime. Have any advice reg this or how can i get the same fast ?

    Sir, I've joined the GAD on 12.5.2010 and while on service I have got appointed as legal asst in the law dept.by dir recruitment from KPSC and relieved from service on 13.10.2010 and joined the law dept on the same date, I want to know am I eligible to get my increament as on May like those legal assts who got appointment by transfer? which GO deals with this problem? and who would I approach to ratiffy the anomalies and disparities if any, ARUN

      I have been working as an assistant professor in a gov't aided college in Kerala for last 3years.
      I may get appointed in gov't college through psc.
      My doubt is that whether my salary and increments get protection?

    I am entered in govt service on 06..10..2008 as Laboratory Technical Assistant(VHSE) in the scale of pay 5650-8790 and my pay on 1..10..2009 is 5790. and on 28/07/2010 I leaved the VHSE and join in Rural development as LD clerk (5250-8390) though a lower scale my pay and allowances not protected. On the basis of pay fixation in new scale both are(LTA in VHSE and LD clerk are 9940-16580). In this circumstances Can get the advantages of Pay protection? Can it possible Option date as 1/10/2009. Shall I get arrears from that Date.

    it is seen that in judl.department, peons are promoted as process servers before declaration of probation in the post of peon. Is it a right procedure?

    Very good blog on Kerala Service Rules. Now a days we all are having several doubts regarding our service matters. Even i found this one very helpful one while browsing from google when searched for Kerala Service Rules consultant. I am so happy to get connected to Shri Sasikumar who is really an expert in clearing all doubts about Kerala Service Rules. His response to my email was quite valuable for me. Many of my friends in my department have several doubts about their service matters. As one of our helpful person in our department has retired from our office, we all were unable to clear our doubts like probation, pay fixation, different kinds of leaves etc. Now I refer Sasikumar sir to all of my friends and other department staff.     I joined in Education dept, Trivandrum as LDC on 17th Sept. 2012. Now I am looking out for a mutual transfer to Eranakulam. will it be possible, if a person who has joined in another Dept. in Eranakulam recently, is willing to take up the mutual transfer?

    Sir, I was joined in service 27/5/2010. I have taken 10days earned leave and 111 days LWA on the probation period under medical ground. how many days of leave are calculated for the period of probation(111days / 121 days)? Kindly provide the information.

    Respected Sir,
    Unfortunately i have laminated my SSLC , +2 and Degree Certificates. All these certitificates pass through NORKA verification and UAE attestation on Degree certificate before lamination. Now i got my post graduation certificate. It is not laminated. Can i get psc selection by using these Certificates?? Please give me a correct solution for this..I am totally dissapointed about this.. Please sir.. Please help me...

      There is a firm at saphalyam complex, opp VJT hall,which reverses the lamination and retrieves such documents to their former state.

    Previously UGC announced that cut the UGC approval of Annamalai distant course.
    Is this course is eligible for Kerala psc degree level exams???

    served in a lower post for 8 years and got the 8 year grade and after that got a higher post through bytransfer. After 2years and 6 months he wants to go his mother department, ie the lower post. what is his salary fixed at the mother department.

    I am joined as Clerk Typist in revenue department. Within six months of my joining in service I opted to continue as Clerk/VA. I have passed all qualification for Clerk including DOM, ACCOUNT TEST, REVENUE TEST and Chain survey. My probation was also declred on 18 December 2019. However my category has not changed yet. I still posted as Clerk typist. When did my category will change and my posting will carry out as Clerk/VA. I am an ex serviceman.

    I have joined in revenue department as clerk typist. Within six month I opted for continue as clerk. I qualified all qualification including chain survey DOM, account test and declared my probation but not included in clerk seniorty. When will my Catogory change from clerk typist to Clerk/VA
